I will identify the problem areas in your system and define the need for action by becoming embedded in all your processes, communication and internal interaction in order to be able to create comprehensive and validated diagnostics.

I will put you on the right track without getting into the problem-solving myself. As an experienced initiator, I kick off a process of self-reflection and self-help and, together with you, develop a unique bespoke solution for your organization and mission.
This systemic approach is not for the faint-hearted. It requires courage, curiosity, and commitment to go deep into the issues that matter most for your organization. It also requires openness, collaboration, and creativity to co-create solutions that work for you.

MY PRAGMATIC APPROACH

The core and essence of my work is to recognize interactions in systems and to develop a holistic solution. The point is not to look at isolated problems – even if they often seem obvious – but to recognize these problems as symptoms of the bigger issue. To find these causes, I will become embedded in your existing system for the duration of us working together. You will not receive isolated workshops or one-off trainings from me, with which you are then left alone. Instead, I will guide you throughout the entire process, as closely as necessary and as independently as possible.


MORE THAN CHANGE MANAGEMENT

To sustainably and successfully reverse the shortcomings or mistakes of many years through organizational transformation, this change has to be so deep, systemic and bold to the extent that it essentially becomes irreversible. You have to take bold steps that you can not just take back to be able to achieve a real change. When you go through a deep transformational journey what matters most is the WHY; and the amount of effort you focus on making sure every single person in the organization knows the WHY, understands the WHY, and most importantly believes in the WHY!
