The core and essence of my work is to recognize interactions in systems and to develop a holistic solution. The point is not to look at isolated problems – even if they often seem obvious – but to recognize these problems as symptoms of the bigger issue. My job is to find the causes and work to fix them. We grab the evil by its roots, or the elephant by its ears.
MORE THAN CHANGE MANAGEMENT
My work is only successful if the interactions are examined and included in the change process for the existing system. If, on the other hand, you only resolve individual, obvious issues without going in depth, these changes will not be sustainable and do not achieve the desired effect.
