I've spent 20 years inside a global corporation and over a decade as an activist. That combination is rare — and it's what makes this work different. I don't come in to make everyone feel better about the situation. I come in to identify what's actually blocking you, say it out loud, and work with you until something changes. The organizations I work with are serious about their mission. That means being equally serious about how they're built.

Knowing what you stand for and being built to fight for it are two different things. That gap is where I work.
